FAQ - Whym concierge

While you’re on your trip, you will have a team of really great people available to help you with whatever you may need. We’re only ever a text away to answer any questions you may have!

Our concierge team is online from x-y.

If you reach out about wanting a different restaurant or a different activity, we’re happy to help! However, keep in mind the person who answers your texts may not be the person who planned your trip, so give us a bit to circle up with your stellar planner for alternatives and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Before your trip or after, your concierge is still around! They’ll be available via text should you need them. Expect a 24 hour response time.

The text line is monitored throughout the day every day so if you have an emergency don’t hesitate to shoot a text.

If you need help after X pm or before Y, you can still shoot us a text and we’ll get back to you ASAP. If you have an emergency, you’ll get a response with a 24 hour phone number to call so someone can help you right away.
